The Emergency Response Team of the 125th Squadron was placed by its Director Auxiliary Squadron CAPT JUNMAR ROA PCGA on high alert as Super Typhoon Ruby hits Metro Manila area, bringing torrential rain and strong winds on its nearby areas including Cavite.
Squadron officers prepared its search and rescue equipment and floating assets in case of emergency while the others were on standby as they monitor the flood situation in the Municipality of Bacoor and Imus in Cavite.
Through the headship of CAPT ROA PCGA, the Squadron have also coordinated with its partner Coast Guard Station Cavite, PNP-Bacoor and NDRRMC-Imus for a speedy response in case any residents needed retrieval or evacuation from their flooded houses.
